HOW DO THE DISCOUNT CODES WORK?
Discount can be applied to your purchase by entering the discount code at checkout. Discount codes are available when you sign up for our e-mail newsletter (see above!) or are announced on our Instagram page (@starmandsdesigns). One discount code can be used per order. Unfortunately, they cannot be applied to previous purchases.
HOW DO I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?
Please email us as soon as possible (firstname.lastname@example.org). If your order has not yet shipped we are happy to make any necessary updates or do a cancellation. Please double check your shipping address prior to placing your order, as this cannot be updated once the package is in the mail.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
Not everything is for everyone - we totally get it! If an item is unused, undamaged and unworn we'll gladly take it back within 30 days. Please securely repackage your merchandise and include your packing slip or order information to ensure your return is processed properly. Please allow 2 weeks for a return to be processed.
HOW LONG BEFORE I SEE MY REFUND?
Please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed once the returned package has been shipped. Depending on your bank, refunds may not be posted on your statement for another 2-3 business days. You will not get an email notification when your refund is processed. The refund will automatically post to your account.
HOW AND WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Products are shipped from our site in Florida via USPS. In-stock products ship within 1-2 days of purchase and are delivered within 5 days of shipment.
WILL TRACKING INFORMATION BE PROVIDED?
Yes! Tracking information for all orders will be provided via email upon shipment. You can track your package at www.usps.com.
